Our Mission
Our mission is to "give honor where it is due" to exemplary Christian women leaders. In so doing, we envision women leaders from all spheres of culture being encouraged, exhorted, and empowered women to rise up to be all they are created to be for the glory of God!
A Call to Arise
We believe that as women of faith we are called to bring HIS LIFE, LIGHT AND LOVE TO OUR COMMONWEALTH, OUR NATION, AND THE WORLD.
Our Calling
We love the Lord and are absolutely blessed by the prayers of the Intercessors. We are strengthened and encouraged by them and know that God uses them to fulfill His Kingdom purposes in our Commonwealth.
Our Leaders
Our She Leads Kentucky Chapter is led by Co-Chair Directors, Marti Thurman and Barbara Ann Jeter, who together have several decades of experience leading legal, professional, business, and ministry teams in the Commonwealth of Kentucky and nationally.
Our Legislative Leader
She Leads Kentucky is so very blessed and thankful to have the AMAZING Senator Lindsey Tichenor as our Legislative Partner. Senator Tichenor is an extraordinary, mighty woman of God who is fighting hard to protect the sacred, Constitutional rights of all citizens of our great Commonwealth. God bless her!
She Leads America
She Leads Kentucky is a state chapter of She Leads America which was founded by Liz Doyle in 2019. She Leads America is a progressive, diverse organization of accomplished women from across the country that can only come from hundreds of leaders representing a broad spectrum of influence. We are connected to collaborate, so we can offer faith-based solutions for modern day challenges. By the end of 2024, twelve (12) states have been launched, plus the District of Columbia, the United Kingdom, and Pakistan. Nine (9) more states are planning to launch in 2025.
