Honoring Christian Women in Leadership Across the Commonwealth of Kentucky
She Leads Kentucky is a state chapter of She Leads America, founded by Liz Doyle in 2019, which is a dynamic and diverse national network that honors and unites accomplished Christian women who lead with faith, wisdom, and courage. Grounded in biblical truth, we connect leaders across every sphere of influence to collaborate, bring solutions to today’s challenges, and strengthen our communities and nation for generations to come.

As a dynamic, diverse organization of accomplished Christian women from across the Commonwealth, She Leads Kentucky offers perspective that can only come from hundreds of leaders representing a broad spectrum of influence. We provide a framework to link interdisciplinary perspectives, centered in the Bible. We share resources: ideas, people, strategic thinking. We connect to collaborate and offer faith-based solutions to modern-day challenges.
Rooted in relationship. Rising in leadership. Igniting solutions that transform.
The Inaugural Honoring Gala will launch on Sunday, April 19, 2026, at the majestic The Kentucky Castle in Versailles, Kentucky. We have found no more fitting venue to honor Daughters of the King who have served Him well than a bona fide castle.
Our Honoree Network recognizes the accomplishments of women of faith in:

A historic expansion of She Leads America onto the global stage occurred at a two-day summit where Christian women leaders and policymakers from around the world convened to address modern global challenges through faith-informed solutions rooted in human dignity, justice, and mercy.
Representatives from 30 nations gathered in Washington, D.C., uniting women from government, education, law, media, humanitarian service, and faith-based initiatives.

Also addressing the summit was Päivi Räsänen, a former Finnish Member of Parliament who has faced years of legal action over a single tweet quoting the Book of Romans. Despite previous acquittals, Finnish prosecutors have escalated her case to the Supreme Court, raising serious international concerns about freedom of expression and religious liberty.
"She Leads America will connect women of faith throughout our states and nation, thereby weaving a strong fabric of kindred spirits that focuses on encouraging each other, releasing each woman to fulfill her potential, and using our collective influence, building good in the world."

Honoring Christian women leaders to build the Kingdom of God is the first goal of She Leads. Typically, we do this through a tea or gala event, but there are many other ways to bring women together and grow our Chapter. We also have:
Our prayer is that we will see the many beautiful streams of ministry and the dedicated witness of Christian women throughout society flowing together in unity under our King Jesus and becoming a mighty river of righteousness, bringing healing and peace throughout the land. Will you join us on this journey? We believe God is calling us to lift up the Name of Jesus and do a work that He is mightily revealing as we obey His Word and listen to His voice.
